This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I have completed my thesis and it all went spectacularly. I managed to win a few awards for the project and over time will post images of it. It's a bit difficult to post as its all in fragments but I'll try. And sorry I can take pride in saying my thesis was entirely done by hand drawing, little to no digital.
On Monday I am leaving for a month to Vienna to be a part of the Vienna Studio with the Umbau School of Architecture. I'm looking forward to it seeing as it's another trip back to Europe and....like many architects, I have no job. Bring on Vienna!
for me in canada, i must do an undergraduate(4yrs), then a graduate(2yrs) architecture program. then 2 years of apprenticeship/internship and then i can get my license.
drexel does something different...we took those concepts and put a twist on them...
we do two years of full time school, and then four years of part-time school with a full time apprenticeship (which counts towards IDP). This way we can complete everything, and take our NCARBs after 6 years.
it's pretty intense...but it's worth it. Temple is very competitive, as is Drexel, and it's interesting to look at the way the two programs work.
PS have you ever had J. Harrington as a professor?
Honestly, it takes just as long for doctors to practice as architects do! I want to do my graduate studies in the united states, but I will have to write a bunch of tests to do so...

Its almost like becoming a doctor!
Get the bachelor of science (4 years) go to grad school for the m.arch (3 year) then work for 3 years, then take the exam.
We might as well be doctors I swear lol
